I'm a writer. I read a lot of comics. My friend Jojo is an artist. She doesn't read any comics.

At lunch, she draws super heroes from memory. Her memory is not always very good.

As you look at these drawings, I can not stress enough that Jojo is a professional artist, and a full grown woman. It's important to remember that.

Jojo draws scenes from Catwoman #1 The new plan is to have Jojo draw her own comic every Friday, based on her impressions of a real comic (either from having read it or just heard about it). Plus for fun, and laziness, she’ll be drawing her version of the character, in this case her Catwoman, instead of learning what they really look like. Jojo is aware of DC’s New 52, as evidenced by her drawings of Starfire, and she’d also heard that people weren’t too happy with the events of Catwoman #1.  She deserves some credit though because, unlike the real pages she’s referencing, her comic actually shows Catwoman’s face.
